How to take the NCLEX without passing the HESI exit exam? I passed all my classes and capstone. Just not the exit exam. How can I take the NCLEX?

You can't take NCLEX without having all your paperwork sent to the BON. The school has to send the paperwork stating that you completed all requirements for the nursing program, which you did not. According to your school, you need to pass HESI exit exam to graduate.

I agree but passed every single other test.  They keep changing the exit exam to a test we never studied for and can only pass with a 78.

What about the HESI are you struggling with, exactly? Is it the content or the structure of the questions?
