Hi! What's the best way to stay awake when studying? I've heard of Viverin, but I guess it is probably mostly caffeine, huh? Then there's my friend who has gotten up at 3-4AM to study most of the time....
Figure out what your body wants. I used to try to stay up late studying after the kids went to sleep, but I'm SO tired by about 9-10PM most nights, and studying is pretty futile. I'm a morning person. So getting up at 4:00 AM is definitely more effective for me than trying to struggle to stay awake late.
Welcome back girlfriend. We missed you soooo much!!1 In fact we were worried that something bad happened to you. Please don't scare us like that again. It takes a toll on our emotions. And when that happens, at least in my case, we turn into something that looks like:uhoh3: ((((((HUGS)))))):kiss
Thats how I became a caffine addict :rotfl:
