How Old ???

Just wondering just how old do you want to be when you retire from school nursing?

I am in my early 50's and I wonder what the future holds. I pray that I will stay healthy enough to continue and do this job. Tell me what you think ??

Praiser :yeah:

8 years and counting, I'll be 61. :)

I'll have 25 years in when i'm 52... don't know that i'll retire then, though...

I'm turning 68 later this summer and I'm pretty sure next year will be my last. I'm tired! But after a summer off, who knows? When I do retire I know I'll sign on in my town as a substitute.

Good question; glad you asked. Well, I just turned 50 (April 29), and I have boys ages 13 and one soon to be 15. Sooooooooooo if I don't come upon some BIG money anytime soon..... :D it'll probably be another Hmmm 10 years or so I guess. Would be nice to live like the rich & famous :chuckle. Just had a 2 second dream/fantasy :smokin:. Nice question that I ponder at times, during my good days and my bad days.

I"m just starting in this field and I turn 57 this month. My daughter begins this fall at the high school where I will work 2 days a week. So I expect to be there at least 4 years. After that it will depend on whether we move to a new area when she goes to college.

I'm looking forward to my new parttime career though it may not be very longlived!
