Hi I am new grad just starting out.

I heard that nurses get paid more hourly for weekday and weekend night shifts.

I was wondering how much more in bc ?

It will depend on the specific facility. Some places will pay a straight dollar amount for a differential others pay a percentage (in which case dollar amount can vary based on your base pay). I think straight dollar amount is more common.

I can't comment on the range of rates you are likely to see offered in B.C. as I'm not familiar with that particular job market.

$2.50/hr extra from 11pm to 7 am per the bcnu contract

That's it?

Alberta is $5/hour for nights!

It's actually 3.50. Previous was a typo. $5 would be nice

LOL Ontario is even lower ... $1.20/hour night shift premium
