I work for an independant doctor and he does not pay well. I am here for now, I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I have not had any luck yet trying to get a new job while pregnant, but once baby is born I plan on finding a new MA job.

I love in northern UT and I get $12/hr. This is where I was hired right out of my externship, so no experience, but he pays every other MA the same wage.

IL 16 an hour just starting out, been working for 9 months. I hear the average pay in my area is 16-18 an hour. I work in internal medicine.

$20 per hour, Washington State 1.5 years experience.

$15/hr in a private practice, Allergy/Asthma/Immunology. I'm in Massachusetts, and I have 4yrs experience as an RMA, but a total of about 9yrs doing various other healthcare-related jobs. I stay where I am because I'm working toward my RN, and then my BSN, and they are pretty flexible with me.
