hi mprodriguez! it's great to hear from you! i'm staying in fairfield county area and i go to ncc for my adn. it's a tough program but i think it's quite understandable because they're keeping a standard that's not too far from yale's (that's what i heard). plus the fact that you only pay a fraction of the price of a private university. (well, in our case as int'l students, that means a lot!!!)

think it through. map out your plan NOW. you have little ones to consider, too. studying DEMANDS a whole heck of your time outside of attending lectures, laboratory and clinicals. if you ask me, you may want to keep a part-time job (f1 students can work in-campus) NOT for purposes of earning a living but just to KEEP YOUR SANITY. i mean, you can't study ALL the time and some simple work (i call it non-stressful, "un" thinking kind of job) should provide a healthy "distraction".

email me for details. i can't divulge everything in this forum without jeopardizing my anonymity, ehem, mystery. (in other words, just being a responsible poster observing the rules around here).

you take care.

:uhoh3:

Is it me or is this thread beginning to sound like the presentation of candidates for a beauty pageant?:lol2:

Well, here goes my intro: "Hola, this is PinoyNP representing Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila (outside the walls). Currently working as a nurse practitioner in the Motor City - Detroit, Michigan"
