How long to check your name in CA BRN site?

How many days/weeks can I check my name if I passed in my NCLEX in California? I did the Pearsonvue trick and had a good pop up which I really pray that it works.

My friend took her nclex-rn and 2 days, after that, she went to the nurse license verification, typed her name and bam her name appeared next to her license number. So it can go like 2 days-4 weeks wait. Good luck!!!

I re-took the Nclex the second time last wednesday (10/20) and I got the good pop up. However, until now I still haven't seen my name on the CA BRN yet..which gets me worry.

I did my exam on 26. and did have good pop up also. Let's hope it really works.

With CA it varies, it can be two days or two weeks or longer. People used to report taking five months to get results. Just check every day.

For some reason, probably disorganization, the people working on the files don't do the work on a first in, first out basis in CA. This can be very frustrating to find out a friend who took the test eight days after you gets their results immediately while you are still in the dark.

Really? So how do they do it? I really want to see my name now just to reassure my self that I passed coz I still don't get my hopes too high eventhough I had a good PVT.

You have to remember that CA state employees are off three Fridays a month. They are not known for their efficiency or dedication to their work to begin with, and with a 14% cut in their pay, they have even less incentive to do a good job.

I really want to believe it. But you know, I'm the type of person that to see is to believe- and that is by seeing my name in CA BRN site! :clown:
