Busy nights do make it easier to stay awake!! But my goal is to get them tucked in and asleep and to only disturb them when required. Then I do charting. Clean up the med room, do chart audits, but usually still have a few hrs of dead time. I can't complain. But staying awake when it's slow can be hard!
