Hi, I have a friend who wants to start a community health project and wants to know where she can get health pamphlets so she can pass it out to the public. Does anyone know? Thankss

Try your state health department website. Depending on when her project is due, they take about up to a month to get in the mail, but they're usually free. Or, google "(insert topic here) teaching materials" or "(insert topic here) pamphlets".

I have had success with the local health department. As long as they have the pamphlets in stock they are usually very happy to help.

also try vendors (people who make the stuff that treats the problem). Or organizations devoted to that problem. I have downloaded lots of brochures that way - then get them printed. Not exactly free, but works if you are in a time crunch.

You can walk into your local county public health clinic, probably with no appointment necessary, and grab all the health pamphlets that you wish to have.

Thank you for acting as a community health advocate!

Entering "brochure" in this site's search box gives over 9000 results:

I've used both sites to order brochures for a free clinic a few years ago.
