Deetrain, did this happen to you? Is it related to your question about the teacher who embarrassed you in front of the class? I'm not sure what you are asking; we can't know if this was due to nervousness or inattention because we were not there and you do not tell us. What does this have to do with mental health assessment?
I'm confused.
we can't possibly make an assessment on a situation that we haven't been able to examine. I see from your previous posts you are struggling in your CNA program. All I can suggest is that you practice practice practice and calm down....breathe...((HUGS))I was just describing a scenario of a student's performance during clinical, I was hoping a seasoned RN/mental health professional could spot signs of ADD/anxiety or other mental condition, based on the information I've given.. :::shrugs:::

How would you analyze this situation: cna student accidentally bumps an ensure bottle on the nurses cart while carrying a food tray. Do you think this was due to nervousness or not paying attention. The student was aware that there was a cart in the middle of the hallway.
and it was the student's first day at the nur. home.
