Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies?

My friend got a call from them yesterday and they said the only units they had available were ICU, OR and medsurg iirc. The person that called her also said that TMC location was the only one doing a residency but I'm not sure if that's true 

Hey guys I reached out to a recruiter and they said that the Katy continuing care location is the only one NOT doing residency. All the other hospitals are still participating 🙂

Did they mention when they will start send out invitations for Tmc, willowbrook, etc?

When I went to the woodlands info session she said that they would have most of their pre screen invitations sent out by Feb 14, but I'm not sure if that's for all the locations or just the woodlands.

Yes ! When I emailed they said they will open the application some time in February! Someone that works there also told me that they are doing nurse residency this year.

I haven't heard anything from anyone yet. I did the behavioral assessment for Hermann. 
I'm waiting on the 2nd part of the application at Harris.

Has anybody heard anything back from BenTaub/LBJ? I haven't gotten anything from Methodist, Memorial Hermann? I did do the assessment, and think I did not do so great. 

I am seriously so nervous.

No I havent received anything but MH behavioral assessment & St Lukes Survey
