Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies?

I have interviews in Dallas but nothing in Houston.  Is the Houston market slower at setting interviews than Dallas?

Methodist interviews are week of Mar 24th so if have not gotten an invite, probably won't....?

When I spoke to the recruiter, she said most offers would be from the prescreening event, but they would still reach out to people who didn't get an invite!

Well, I just got an email less than 10 minutes ago telling me that they've moved onto to other applicants so I wasn't selected, it's kind of sad to think about, but at the end of the day it's all part of the process😅
