Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies?

Hello guys,

I'm not sure if this forum is still active. I received a text from Houston Methodist Continuing Care saying that they want to talk about Houston Methodist New Grad RN Residency Winter 2026 and do a phone screen with me after reviewing my application. The phone screen is on this Thursday. I'm not sure what the recruiter usually does for phone screens. Do they do a brief interview like asking why I choose Houston Methodist and everything like that?
