Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies?

I don't know guys..I didn't get an interview with the PICU at TCH Med Center, even with my friend being a charge nurse. 😭😭 anyways..I started applying to near cities. I got a call back from Christus today, and OMG! Their start pay for NG Nurses is $28, with a $10,700 sign on bonus (2 yr contract), the differentials are great, but still $28 is ridiculous to me. This is for the Beaumont location. 
She said they only had Telemetry & Med/Surge positions. No Relocation assistance

Did you apply for Christus Children's too? I applied to the general nurse residency program application which includes all locations. I'm wanting to work in peds so I hope they're taking new grads at the children's hospital. Do you mind sharing what the differentials are? My interview isn't until April 22nd. IDK if the phone interview is an actual interview or more like a screen

Hi! I got  a  job at children's memorial hermann, my offer letter says Antepartum, but the interview was listed as Antepartum/Labor and Delivery. Does anyone know if we do both? Or is it  specifically Antepartum?

Hi! I haven't heard anything from them. But a friend said they asked the basic, tell me about yourself, why st Luke's, why nursing. Did you get emailed for an interview? I think they were interviewing through the month of April and I still haven't heard back so I'm just patiently waiting to see if they might email me very last minute (,: but good luckkk!

Thank you! Yes I have an interview coming up this week they sent out an email to me last week on Thursday but same I had thought st. Luke's was out of the picture for me because they never replied to me LOL but I think there is still some hope <333
