Hello guys, I'm not sure if this forum is still active, but I have a question. What's the pay rate for nurse residency that hospital usually offers? Like for Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson, or Baylor or St Luke's Does the hospital pay every new grad the same pay rate?

Hello guys, I'm not sure if this forum is still active. I received a text from Houston Methodist Continuing Care saying that they want to talk about Houston Methodist New Grad RN Residency Winter 2026 and do a phone screen with me after reviewing my application. The phone screen is on this Thursday. I'm not sure what the recruiter usually does for phone screens. Do they do a brief interview like asking why I choose Houston Methodist and everything like that?

In your cover letter, you have to answer these questions: - What is your reason (s) for choosing Dignity Health Bakersfield Memorial Hospital? - What is your specialty of choice and why? - What makes you a remarkable candidate for the Dignity Health Bakersfield Memorial's RN residency program? - Explain your continued formal education plans For Mercy, I think it based on the availabilities after they close their application. I think they will send out a survey after. This is my first time applying to Mercy so IDK how they do their unit selection ?
