The types of questions were: why the unit, why Houston, than they asked me like 2 scenario questions one was how do you plan to manage the stress of the job, tell me about your best clinical day and your worst, what experience I had, and than a fun question. tips: be yourself! being prepared(bring resume copies and a couple questions written down), having an idea of what you can say for each questions, and practicing with not only yourself but have someone do a mock interview with u, or go on YouTube and search one up.

Hello everyone! I've officially accepted a position with Memorial Hermann for their Summer 2025 Nurse Residency Program! I'm thrilled to begin this next chapter in my nursing career. Also if you accepted a position I would love to know what unit. If anyone has any insight into the onboarding process or when I can expect to receive details about the next steps, I'd greatly appreciate it! Any information would be super helpful. I had my interview yesterday for MH and they called me after with an offer!

Also did they give u a tour of the unit?

Did they say we would get an offer or do we have to go through another interview?

Has anyone heard back from Children's Memorial Hermann? If you applied and did the assessment what were your guys strategy in the 7 min part. I just answered as many as I could and skipped over the ones I didn't know. I have no clue how many I actually answered I got to like question 30.

I haven't heard anything from anyone yet. I did the behavioral assessment for Hermann. I'm waiting on the 2nd part of the application at Harris.
