Hiiiii everyone! I know this is a little early, but I am graduating in May 2025 and will be applying to Houston Nurse Residencies. I didn't see a forum for this 🙂 since applications haven't started in the next few weeks, so I just wanted to make this for more info! Does anyone know all the application opening dates for TCH, MH, Methodist, etc.? And any advice/insights/interview tips related to nursing residencies?

Both apps say reviewed or under review.

Harris health just sent an email saying "due to the overwhelming amount of applications..." and I wasn't selected for interview.

Same here. Got the email of rejection. Mind you, I physically went and dropped off my portfolio to the unit managers. Just so they can put a face to my application. One of the managers in LBJ said last cohort, they only had 40 spots throughout the whole Harris health system. She said this cohort they had 100 spots throughout the whole Harris health system. I really thought I could have a chance. This is heart breaking. 
 

Now, I am just waiting on St. Luke's and Texas Children's. 😭😭😭

Yea for clarification, I was not selected to be interviewed by Harris Health.

No it was before because my second choice was completely filled up I meant to say memorial Hermann, not Methodist.

St. Luke's emailed this afternoon saying they will start their interview days next week and continue through April!
