Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2022

Hey everyone! I saw that there was a residency thread for Spring but not for Summer 2022. I graduate in March 2022 and I believe a lot of the Summer cohorts begin in June/July. I plan to move to Houston once I've written my NCLEX! Where is everyone considering applying? I am looking at Houston Methodist, Memorial Hermann, MD Anderson Cancer Center and St Lukes. I would also prefer to be at hospitals specifically in the sugar land area so I hope when the time comes theyll have the units I want in certain locations. I would like to be in the PACU! Is there anyone else that wants to work in the PACU as well?

Wow lucky you! I had no idea they were taking new grads in their MICU or SICU! I interviewed for Neuro ICU but I’m still waiting to hear back. Good luck!

I have not, hopefully tomorrow latest since interviews are supposed to start Monday.
