I am not sure. I got called for a second interview today. I wasn't sure if anyone that interviewed in June has gotten called also.

What hospital/unit did you interview for back in June?

Has anyone heard anything from HCA Clear Lake or The Woman’s after interviews June 3?

Also, any word from CHI St. Luke’s since submitting the survey?

@NursingStudent2020717 not yet!! Hopefully, we hear something soon from CHI!

How much are the hospitals offering you? I'm curious to see the difference between the hospitals amongst TMC

TMC for residency or just RN position?

Honestly,

A little word of advice, apply anywhere to get a job don’t just depend on the hospitals. There are many places needing nurses right now. I got a job at a skilled Nursing facility and get paid way more than I would in a hospital. I work Monday-Friday and have a great schedule. Don’t be discouraged of how your picture starts, plan on how it will end. I never saw myself at a nursing facility, but now love my job and wouldn’t have if any other way. The best part of my job is that I don’t have a contract and I can pick up and go when ever I want.

But hospitals frown one starting their nursing experience in nursing homes. How do one deal with that?
