Houston Nurse Residency Spring 2021

Hello! I created this thread for those graduating in December who are applying to nurse residency programs in Houston for the Spring 2021 start date. Good luck everyone!!

has anyone who chose Methodist Main or MHM heard anything back? my application status still says under review for my 1st choice for MHM

I haven’t heard anything from Methodist Main (my first choice) or Sugarland (my second choice). I am so nervous!

I am too!! But maybe they just haven't gotten to apps for those locations? just hoping we'll hear back soon

For those of you who have completed the application to the appropriate Job ID for Houston Methodist Willowbrook, how long after did you receive a follow up email with the assessment link? They said it has to be done by Monday 8AM.

I received mine immediately after pressing submit for the job ID application. You have to scroll down and it’s at the very bottom

I thought only registration was open. Is there a separate way to apply for an NRP with Houston Methodist??

You found the link in the "Thank you for applying to Houston Methodist" email? or a separate one? I'm starting to freak out LOL thank you for helping!

If they send you a pre screening email, only then will they give you the job ID to apply. So just keep an eye out for any prescreening emails and then you will be able to do that next step!(:

No problem!! And yes, I got two separate emails that basically said “thank you for applying to this job ID.” And in the first one at the bottom there is a link that says “Healthcare Source session URL”

Oh okay! I have already taken that survey in July, so it may be saving that assessment for this application I hope.
