Hi! I'm graduating this August and plan on applying to positions in Houston in women's health and pediatrics. I wanted to create a thread so everyone can stay up to date on applications/interviews for the October 2024 Cohorts. Good luck!

ehh, I don't really think they are accepting new grads - I tried and this is the response I got:
You do not meet the minimum requirements for this job. We encourage you to apply again to other jobs that match your interests and qualifications.

not for all new grads

What do you mean by that? It said it was for new grads on their advertisement

Unfortunately I can vouch for this as well. I applied for an RN I hematology/med surg floor position that had the same exact description (mentioning that you didn't need experience and that new grads could apply) only to check back and see the message that "I don't meet the minimum requirements " 😔

Yeah I think they are looking for "minimum experience. I've been getting moved forward and interviews for those positions but I think it is because I have 6 months of RN experience
