Houston Nurse Residency Fall 2021

I wanted to start a thread since Memorial Hermann is having their Pre Match Open House.   Was anyone able to attend The Woodland's zoom?   I missed it and was wondering which units would be hiring?

I was told that applications would open this mouth. Kinda vague, but that's all I have. My preceptor told me to keep checking the website everyday because when she applied it was only open for 48 hours, then they took it down. She told me to make sure that you already have you essay and letters of rec ready before applications open so that when they do open, you can just submit everything.

okay thanks! yeah when I applied last round I got the link from a groupme, couldn’t even find it in the career page. I’m worried I’ll miss the application!

I heard from houston methodist yesterday. I did a pre-interview today with someone from HR to see if I am invited to their hiring event July 12th. According to their recruiter, hiring decisions will be made that week. If anyone else is doing this please let me know or share your experiences. I am from out of state and not sure if I can afford a flight so soon at this time and weighing out if I can attend in person.

I haven’t heard anything from them yet, should I be concerned. Has anyone heard from Houston Methodist, or does anyone know if they will sending more invites?

I wouldn't worry too much, I think they are reaching out through next week too. Wishing you the best!

Anyone else have an interview with memorial hermann-the woodlands this morning that the interviewers didn't show up?  Wondering if the recruiter didn't follow through.  hmmm

I interviewed with memorial Hermann in the woodlands as well. What unit did you interview for? I still haven’t heard from them.

I heard from HM yesterday regarding the pre-screening interviews.
