I was just wondering if anyone here is planning on applying for the ADN program this fall 2018. I will hopefully be applying but I need a retake on the hesi exam I passed all sections except the AP section.
I just made a castle branch account,I already made my physical exam appointment & titers. How about you?
The second page of the physical is confusing to me honestly. At the bottom of the 2nd page is asking for Hepatitis C & A/B titers. Would castlebranch decline the physical if it's not completed? Or is the 2nd page just for reference and are just evaluating the first page? Let me know how it goes. :)

I was thinking the physician only has to fill out the titers that are required, I don't think we need Hep C & A/B titers but I should call the school just in case. Also in CB it says the Tb test will need a renewal after a year I got mines on December but then I noticed on the physical form it says we need it within 6 months of first day of class so idk if I need to get it again. I'll have to ask to make sure either way I submitted it to CB so lets see if it accepts it.
Hi! For those of you that have started the castlebranch process, did they email you the code that you need to get the castlebranch process started in a different email? I received the letter of intent email already and it didnt see a code to register with.
My code came with the conditional acceptance

It says all "3 components", so a titer for 1 Measles, 1 mumps, 1 rubella. Usually when they do titers for it they group them into one. So it should be one report for all 3.
