Just wanted to know if anyone is applying this April to get in for fall 2015 ADN program at HCC?
Also, I have completed all of the required prerequisites and I am taking all of the recommended classes this Spring. Do I still have a chance of getting accepted even though the recommended classes are still in progress?
I plan on registering for the HESI as soon as HCC updates the test dates and I am hoping to get a date in February.
Foundation is only 2 times a week for 2hrs & 15minutes...but u need to be in class 10min. before class starts bc u will not be allowed in class if u get there "on time" (for example: if ur class starts at 9:00 and u get there at 9:00 u will be asked to wait outside until It's time for the class to go for a 5minute break; which usually is an hour after class starts, so you will be Mark "half absent" and u are only allowed to have 3 1/2 absences before being drop from class)
I wanted to let u know that I will be selling my Fundamental for Nursing book to whom ever is interested it...my book contains highlighting and underlining, but not in every chapter (it may be useful for some bc I highlighted some of the answers of the questions that I had on my exams)

I am applying for fall 2015. I was wondering if someone can answer this question: On the HESI Exam.. It is only A&P science section or do I have to study for the Chem and Physics too? I am taking my test on the 30th and I been studying all section of the HESI admission assessment exam review book but I not clear on this. Can anyone help? Has anyone taking the test recently?
Your welcome. I've taken it previously, but I need to retake the a&p section. I was applying until they changed the prerequisites in the middle of the semester. Smh
Yes, I know. I went last October to one of their sessions. Everything was different then. I am lucky because I just finished Microbiology. I found that in March that they changed the pre-requisites. I took the TEAS twice and didn't pass science both times. They told me to take the HESI. That I would have a stronger application since I finished all my pre-requisites by the time of the application deadline. I have A, B and C all over those classes.

hey guys, i just got an email telling me to enroll in pharmacology for the summer... i have read the previous threads and one of them said that they do not require you to take it anymore prior to acceptance, so I'm guessing that isn't true?
Was wondering if anybody has received the same email?
Yea I'm confused now and plan on calling them tomorrow to get answers. I thought not taking pharm for summer now was one of the main reason they pushed the deadline back as well. I'll let you everyone know what I find out. I planned on dropping my app off this week since classes are done and my grades just posted.
