Hello! There are a few threads floating around regarding applications to Houston GN/Nurse Residency positions. I just wanted to start one that discusses all residencies in Houston.
I have already applied for a Memorial Hermann and Ben Taub Nurse residency position. I have also applied to the CVICU, ER, and Women's Services positions for Houston Methodist, as well as an ER position at Texas Children's. I am considering if I still want to apply to St. Lukes. I have decided not to apply to HCA nurse intern positions because they pay beans for the first 12 weeks, and I don't want to work for a corporation that takes advantage of their employees in that way.
I have been invited to Ben Taub's information session, and have received an email from Memorial Hermann HR regarding a behavioral assessment to be an eligible candidate for employment.
I'm wondering where you all may have applied and if anyone has heard anything back from their applications yet?
Hey guysss whats up? Anything new? So any updates? So i accepted, send ny acceptabce letter, did release my background check up thibg.. So just wait? When are they gonna let us know for other stuff? Ie like physical, drug test, etc etc update anything thanks guys
Hey guys just random question, my cousin is pharm tech at memorial hermann, and she told me the sign up bonus for referring a nurse would be $3000 for her. But i didnt see anywhere on the application that mention anything like that, does that still apply even if im. GN? Who do i speak to about that? I would hate to have her not receive her bonus bc i did apply bc she told me about the GN profram there.. If ya know anything about this let me know.. Are ya still waiti g to get ya physical done? Anyways happy Tuesday
