Medical City Dallas Hospital built one right in front of their hospital. And last I heard, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano has one as well.
Those that don't have it on-site may have agreements with daycare facilities and offer discounts to employees.
I was fortunate to find my licensed in-home person through a friend. She is part of the reason that I'm not looking to change jobs anytime soon.

Baylor All Saints in Ft. Worth has an excellent on site childcare center as do Harris Methodist and Cook Children's (I think those 2 hospitals share a facility).
Thank you so much for your information:up:

I would definitely call around to some of those hospitals because even though they may offer on-site care does not mean that they have spots available (or they may have waiting lists). Good luck!

A little bit north of Dallas is Lewisville.
I believe the Medical Center of Lewisville has a daycare.

Presbyterian Hospital Dallas has one. There may be a waiting list though.
