Holy Family ABSN Summer 2021 - May start

Hey guys! I wanted to start a thread for those who applied/ got accepted to the ABSN program at holy family for Summer 2021! I’ll be starting the program this May at the Newtown location!!

Hi! I am also starting the program in May at the Newtown campus. I am really excited and nervous. I'm looking forward to Orientation to learn a little more about what to expect. Thanks for starting this thread!

I’m looking forward to Orientation as well! im sure we will get a lot of our questions answered and a good insight on what’s to come. I’m excited to get started in May but also nervous about how tough it’s going to be!

I feel the same way. Are you close to Newtown? I am probably about 30 minutes from there.

That’s not bad! I’m only about 10 mins. Super glad that the 14 month program is so close to me!

Hi!! I also am starting the program this May! I live about 40 minutes away from Newtown. I am super excited but also slightly nervous to start. Looking forward to meeting you guys!

Hey guys, I'm also going to be attending the 2021 Summer Start in May at the Newtown Campus. I noticed earlier that someone in our cohort started a group on facebook. Can anyone post the link or name of the group so I can add myself to it? I'm looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi,

I just got accepted to the May ABSN program. I live is West Philly, which is 45 minutes away from Newtown at 2AM ? (up I-95< at least I am going away from traffic). Are people planning to work at all? I am a caregiver, so I can choose the number of 4h shifts that I want.

There are two ways to create a special area for your cohort, that are Terms-of-Service approved.

One is to create a facebook page.  This link is allowed to be posted.

The other is to create a "Club" within the site, by clicking on the Breakroom link (upper left-hand corner, in the yellow bar) and in the green area, click Start a Breakroom Club.

Any other references or links posted are not TOS-approved, and will be removed.
