Hiring process at North Shore LIJ

This question is for North Shore LIJ hospitals, specifically the one in Manhasset, NY. How long does it take to hear back from the HR, after the second interview? How long do they usually take for them to do the background investigations, references etc? Thanks for they help.

I have an interview this week for the critical care fellowship at ns-lij. I was just wondering if anyone could give me any info/advice about the interview process. Also, how is everyone's experience at nslij health system? How was orientation? Is it a supportive environment? etc.
