Hello all,
I wanted to start a thread for those applying to HCC's Spring 2014 nursing program. I am a stay at home mom. I know its early but I wanted to get as much info as possible. The deadline isn't until 6/1. I'm a current HCC student. My pre-req GPA is 3.57 (all A's 1 B and 1 C ), I'm hoping that this is good enough to get me a spot in the program.
What is everyone elses GPA? I heard its lower for the Spring.
Oh I thought they told us not to register until after orientation? Or maybe I mis-read the letter.
Yes that's it! I was going to try to get that out the way. Hcc offers it a little cheaper u think for students but they are only in Monday nights and I have class.
I thought they meant don't try to register for the nursing class.

I believe what they meant to say was dont register for any nursing classes until after orientation. Spring registration opens in 2 weeks and they dont want us trying to register until they tell us what our class assignment are. As for the CPR class, Im going to try and get that done as soon as possible. Let me see what i can find for available dates/locations.

Aaah... I stand corrected. I guess I need to sign up for CPR then..
