Hillsborough Community College RN program fall 2013

I plan to attend to HCC's 2013 fall evening nursing program (applying in Jan). I am curious to see what people people's GPA is going in. I hear spring's is lower than fall's.

You all realize that like 99% of the questions you're asking can be found on the website right?

Are you referring to the Nursing Student Manual? I read through the manual, but didn't see anything regarding the immunizations. Also didn't see anything about the books. In regards to health insurance, it seems unclear to me...it states that one may want to verify that their policy provides coverage of illness or injury while in a clinical environment. It does not state that insurance is required. Am I looking in the correct place?

There is nothing written anywhere about books or immunizations. The only info available is from previous posts or semesters. I guess we will have to wait until orientation to find out which thank God is only 1 1/2 weeks away. Our questions will finally be answered. I thought we were supposed to get our campus assignments? Has anyone heard anything? Nothing like waiting till the last minute to let us know.

I haven't heard anything. The lady that sent me the physical and immunization form said that she thought campus assignments would be handed out at orientation. I know our letters stated that we would be notified by US mail prior to that time, but I suppose that may have changed. Soooooo ready for orientation. :yes:
