Hillsborough Community College Nursing Program Application Spring 2022

Hey everyone!

This post is for the Spring 2022 Nursing program at HCC. I applied for the Fall and was not accepted so trying again for Spring!

GPA was calculated as 3.28

Fall’s cutoff GPA was 3.52 which seems incredibly low for that semester so here’s to hoping Spring is even lower! Good luck!!

Hey anyone who did the CPR certification at dale mabry get the email with our card yet? I haven’t gotten any email confirming anything.

Does anyone know if the uniform policy is heavily enforced at HCC? I have 6 piercings and while I can take them out every class and put in silicone retainers, I was wondering if maybe they are more lax than on paper like some other schools are. 

Also going to miss my nails?

Just to verify since I am paranoid LOL- The forms we needed to send for today are Student Contact, Academic Integrity, Covid Form, and Deadlines acknowledgment, correct?

I noticed some of the forms are PDF, I wonder if they want them sent as a PDF. I sent all mine after I printed, signed and then scanned them?

Not sure about that, since it doesn't say anything about that in the email. But, usually, if you scan docs they get turned to PDF automatically? Atleast that's how my computer works...

Also, I'm looking at the uniforms website and couldn't find a sizing chart, but I looked up the brand online and it seems to be Cherokee Revolution so this might be helpful for yall.

Yeah I just noticed that they scanned to pdf so I’m just going to leave it!

For the books, do we have to get both the printed version and the ebook? I am so confused with the list they gave us and don't understand why the package includes both the textbook (print) and the ebook.
