Hey everyone!
This post is for the Spring 2022 Nursing program at HCC. I applied for the Fall and was not accepted so trying again for Spring!
GPA was calculated as 3.28
Fall’s cutoff GPA was 3.52 which seems incredibly low for that semester so here’s to hoping Spring is even lower! Good luck!!
Also, anyone here cohort 1 at dale mabry? I was hoping to make like a supportive study group to get through the semester, since I got in contact with someone in cohort two from last years application period and she recommended to get into study groups and help each other since it’s tough ?

I also have insurance, but for those without- you can also check the health department! Some of the vaccine prices for those without insurance @ the health department are cheaper than at CVS. Here are some screenshots of CVS prices VS Health Deparment.
If you have insurance, you can get stuff done at CVS but you should definitely call your insurance to figure out what they can cover. Also, read everything on CVS’s page regarding physicals or immunizations because there’s certain things they won’t accept insurance for (like physicals).
Also, they mention they can’t verify immunizations not provided by them so I’d call and ask if they would even fill out the forms the college gave us. Since most people would have immunizations from childhood that were given by other providers/outside of CVS clinics.

Wow that’s annoying. If you guys figure out where to go where they would verify outside immunization let me know. TIA

LOL felt the same but I think that’s all we have to do for now since we can’t do the SAF.
