Hillsborough Community College Fall 2017

Is anyone else planning on applying for the Fall 2017 nursing program? I know it is really early, but I am just too excited. I want other people to share my excitement with!! :)

I don't know why but I feel like I've lost all motivation for the remaining part of the semester. I mean I am getting everything done (so far all A's) ... I just need to get my motivation back. Maybe it has a little to do with some personal issues and this whole waiting game. :down:

Same here... too much going on and my motivation is zero. Thankfully, the only thing that I have to be studying for is my second TEAS test (for Pasco-Hernando).

PS: My last semester of school (last year, when I finished my BS) was the worst! I just couldn't find motivation at all; but remember: we have a dream that is worth MORE than anything.

I am super anxious... can't stop eating. lol

Omg.. just ate four slices of cheesecake. :o I definitely agree, I am just not motivated but the semester is almost over and we have to dig very deep!!

Program deadline is next month and I am tired of waiting already. lol

The stress is reallll this time of the semester, but even more so with this deadline approaching. I just really want to get into somewhere, I feel like I've waited so long and I can't wait any longer/be disappointed.

Hey guys! This question has probably been answered but I can't seem to find it on here. I submitted my application two weeks ago and I haven't gotten a notification or anything about it being received. I called admissions but they weren't much help. Does anyone know if they send a letter or how it works?

Also, I don't see my TEAS score posted either (I took through a PSI center, not at the school, though)

The teas score would be under webadvisor -> Academic Profile -> Test Summary

I don't think they send any notifications that they received applications. At least I didn't read it in any previous HCC forums.

Yeah, I checked my test summary and there is nothing but my CLEP scores.

I guess I will have to wait. :cautious:

Hmm.. that happened to me as well. I took my TEAS at a college in South Carolina and they said they were going to send a copy to HCC, which they never did. I called the school and they said they never received it. Long story short (or short story long lol) I had to order another one from ATI website for 27 dollars.

Wow!!! Why did you have to pay? Were the copies of your results not free on the ATI site?

The first transcript is free, if you want more, to send to different schools for example, you have to pay!

Wanna know a worse story? I (moron), simply sent my first transcript to the WRONG SCHOOL! lololololo I got confused and placed the name of a college that I have never been! So, I had to pay as well.

Now I am worried. I will call the department tomorrow morning. Hopefully it didn't get lost among other documents.
