Hello all HCC Fall 2011 hopefuls! I have been following the Fall 2010 and Spring 2011 threads and thought maybe it was time to start Fall 2011 now that the application process has started.

I just turned my application in this past week and received my confirmation notice in the mail. Anyone else out there that has turned in their application?

What are your plans over the next 8 months to prepare for the first semester (provided we get in)?

Its a big fat no for me. They miscalculated my GPA.

Shut up!!! How did they miscalculate it? OMG. What did it say? Can you appeal, like, Today???

Kristen, it's you and me tomorrow! Where do you live? I think only Tampa residents are going to get their letters today. So frustrating!

I have a 3.81 but it could have also been calculated as a 3.67. I don't know which they would use.

Well, if it's not in the mail tomorrow, then I will be leaving again during my planning period on Thursday. Thursday has to be the latest for me!!!! HAS TO BE.

Yep calculated it a full .2 lower than what it is. I can appeal, but my GPA is so low already I don't know what good it will do.

Congrats to everyone who has been accepted. You have no idea how much I envy you.
