Hi guys! I'm not a school nurse, but I do enjoy perusing your very active forums.

I just read a hilarious article with examples of crazy notes that teachers have sent home to parents, and I couldn't help but think of you guys:

I do kind of wonder if any of these were sent home by school nurses, not teachers. Anyway, I thought you might enjoy, and I'm curious to hear if you have stories of your own crazy notes to share.

I loved the one about the two year old being snuck into school for Show and Tell. It was hilarious!

I got a clinic pass today, with the student bleeding in his mouth. It said , "Pulled tooth out like a weirdo." Student giggled at note and said it was bothering him so he pulled it.
