Hi Suzanne, important questions about NY application

I believe that applying in New York is the best choice for me. I just need to clarify some matters,Suzanne. :-)

The requirements for the NY application are the CVS and Form 1. So the Visa Screen will be submitted AFTER passing the NCLEX ? Or should the Visa Screen be submitted with the CVS and Form 1? Because from what I understood on their website,they only mentioned the Visa Screen for those who want to apply for the temporary license.My concern is to be allowed by the NY Bon to take the NCLEX.Please clarify.

And Ms. Suzanne, form 1 and the application for CVS should be notarized at the US Embassy ONLY? Can't I ask an attorney to notarize it for me?

I am a a 2nd courser ad also a transferee in my (BSN program)

i have a question: how do i fill up my form 1 with regards to nursing program name of school?

should i put in both schools or just the school that I graduated from?

Any school must be listed as you attended there.
