Hi everyone, I'm Christina. I'm a paramedic with 5 years experience in EMS and I'm very much looking forward to nursing school this fall. Still waiting for an acceptance letter though. I live in middle GA and have applied to the bridge program at Darton College. I applied to one of the satellite programs and they say there are 50-55 spots with about 200 applicants. So I am keeping my fingers crossed.
Other than the school stuff, I am a mom of two great kids. My daughter will be 12 next month and my son is 8. I married my soul mate this past April and I've never been happier. Just looking forward to starting this next chapter of my life.

Welcome Christina,
I heard wonderful things about Darton. I applied once but didn't get in. I think it was a blessing I was going to have to move and find a job. I have a friend that graduated from there and she said they have a wonderful program and wonderful instructors. She passed her NClex on the first try! Good luck to you and stay positive when things get tough.. HUGS :)!

I can't help but wonder, is it all of the students combined or each site the number of students attempting to enter...when I called the school the lady said 45-50 students for Albany campus...idk! I'm trying to wait patiently on the letter though.
