Are you looking for review books or how to register for the exam?
I am looking for review books and how to register for the exam?by the way,I grated a nurse diploma from outside the United States.
That is what I thought. :wink2:
Your best and most helpful site for you here will be the International forum, it will give you all of the specifics that you need.
Just so that I get to know you more, do you already have a visa that permits you to work, or you going to need to do all of that also. Then I know what you need help with.
Have you already applied to a Board of Nursing for licensure and if so, where?
You need to do that before you will be permitted to register for the exam.

Welcome to the family Hannah, best wishes to you. :)
Follow what I have posted on the International forum. You may wish to get a volunteer job at a hospital to work on your English. Even if you have a visa that will permit you to work in the US, your English skills must be good. Your patients need to be able to understand you, and you need to be able to understand them. A life can depend on that. More than likely, you will need to pass at least the TSE for a facility to hire you, even if you do not need Visa Screen Certificate.
Which country did you train in, so that I will be able to help you more?
You need to apply to the state where you wish to be licensed since you do not need to deal with immigration issues. They will have to verify and approve your credentials before you will be permitted to sit for the exam. Expect it to take at least three months for you to get approval, probably closer to five months for approval. Then you can register for the exam, but not until then.
