Hey Everyone,
I took my HESI yesterday, V-1, and I must say that I did not find it to be that hard. I was worried because everyone had said how difficult the exam was. My university requires a 900 to get your diploma and I got a 899. When my instructor told me I literally almost passed out. I'm thankful for second chances, just bummed out.
I get version 2 next round. I have to take a bridge course in June and we re-take it in July/or August. If feels like a while from now but I am trying to remember that I would have been studying for NCLEX anyways. It will just better prepare me for the exam.
For anyone who has taken V-2 is it harder? Someone said it was, not sure to believe the hype.
Another thing, I am not even sure how to study. I used the Evolve book last time. Those of you who have taken it do you recommend that I start from the beginning of the book again? I'm just not sure.
Thanks

I think it is sad that you have to retake it over one point. I hope that you pass the second time.
Yes, it certainly sucks. Actually I know I can get it the 2nd time. I am being confident! :)
Does anyone have any advice?

I personally didn't pass at first. I then went into the exam reading the last sentence of each question first. After reading the last sentence, I tried to answer with only that information. If I couldn't I'd pick at the remainder of the "stem" to see what information was needed to be able to answer that last sentence question.
You can do it. If I passed, you can.
