anyone have input, hints, whatever else you could offer for HESI exam V1? I actually believe that all versions 1 would be the same and all version 2 would be the same, but I could be way off. my thought it if they're dispatching this almost nationally, then it'd be easier to have a system like that. anyways ANYTHING would be helpful. so far I think I'm doing the right things, like I own about 3 or so HESI/NCLEX books/CDs what nots so I'm using that. I just have no direction on where to focus as there's so much! how many questions are there by the way. I wish they would offer a BLUE PRINT...so ridiculous. I guess NCLEX DOESN"T offer a blue print but this test what I have heard from other colleagues is harder than the NCLEX. well I'm going to make pancakes. Hope to here form someone either here or via my email [email protected] (underscore between mercedes and adam). I really think for those that need a little something extra, if we come together we'll hopefully get through it.
Hi does anyone have v 1 or v2 of the hesi rn exit? i need those help plz my email is [email protected]
Hello all,
Finishing the RN program here in NJ on 12/22. We are scheduled to take the HESI Exit on january 18.
Some are suggesting the Updated HESI Review Book:

Some are saying Saunders:

Others are doing the Kaplan Course.
Just looking for any suggestions, comments or assistance on the best way to prepare for both the HESI and NCLEX so I can get out of my current just ASAP (Changing Careers) and start working as an RN.
thanks in advance !

@FA2nurse I too took the hesi and didn't pass by 7 points, so I definitely know how you feel. Our school requires we make an 880, I made an 873....
Anyways...just wondering if anyone out there could help me with some pointers...I'll be taking the hesi sometime in January for the 3rd and last time. Please help me! And also if anyone has V2 or V4 hesi I would greatly appreciate it. My email is [email protected]. Thank you so much!
Also anyone here ever heard of Hesi Study (hesistudy.com)? If so can you share your experience. I'm considering this to help me with the Hesi.
My class just finished a program and half our class failed the exit exam, don't be too hard on yourself. I felt it was very difficult! I am pretty certain that I was amongst the lucky ones and passed. I went to barnes and noble and bought the hurst review RN a week before and just read a couple of their intro chapters and it really helped. It was a great book with awesome ideas and strategies and also tips on remember the mist crucial stuff. It really helped. I totally recommend! Good luck!
Hesi study is awesome as well. My classmates ghat used it scored the highest on the hesi! Therefore after finding that out, my teachers turned around and recommended it to the students who failed. I've heard. Noting but good things. Plus an advantage is, you can go in with a couple people and share the cost. You can be logged in at the same time as well.
Well Well..GOD IS GOOD! Here I am..6 years later after completing my studies in my BSN program (in 2006)..and I was able to come back to my old nursing school..repeat a course and took the HESI exit exam and PASSED on March 2, 2012! Yes it was years later..but I'm forever so grateful for the opportunity! It was trying..trust me..but I took my time and just studied my weak areas..didn't really use the HESI book that much..mostly Saunders. I want to thank you all that thought of me and share kind words of encouragements! For those who have a similar situation as mine...IT CAN BE DONE! It may not be when YOU want it...but with time and patience..God will make a way!
Good evening. I am new on here and was wondering if you or anyone could help on the tips or on how to pass the Hesi exit exams. I am about to take it in about a week for the fourth time now and still not confident about where i am at. Anything or any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
My email is [email protected]
Thanks

BestSweetGal keep the faith! I'm gonna be passing this test when I take it again before the year is out. Also you might wanna try atitesting.com for the online assessments. Most of them are about $25 and I really can't spare that amount but I am because I'm gonna get pass this! So God bless you and good luck.
