I am not sure what to do anymore. I have just taken the hesi exit exam for the 4th time and got an 845 and needed an 850 in order to get my transcripts. We can take it as many times as needed by the end of fall, but my brain is so tired, and not sure I can take much more. We have remediation that we have to do and it is 3000 nclex questions before we retake. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get through this. is there anyone out there that has had to take this as many times as I have? Help someone.
This test drives me CRAZY!! I made a 894 the first time and I made a 875 the second time. 22 people didn't pass the first time and after the second time of taking the test 19 of didn't get to graduate with our class. We are going to be taking it again in about a week. I believe it will be version 4. I would appreciate any advice, tips, prayers, anything to help me pass this test.
Hi everyone! I am finishing up the last of my pre-req's, I have A&P 1,2 and micro left to take. Part of the admissons process at my school is to pass the HESI exam. You must have a "passing score" but they don't tell us what that magic number is. I have never taken this test before. I've taken the NET test and did pretty well. Can anyone recommend which book to buy to help me study? Will it hurt me that I haven't had any anatomy yet? And is it anything like the NET test? Thanks so much for your help!
well, the only thing I can say is that I have been doing practice questions over and over. The blue hesi book is not very helpful for me, so I quit using that. There is a link on one of these threads and it has hundreds of questions that I have never seen before and they are helpful. Got to the thread titled "I can't affored Kaplan" scroll down until you see a site someone posted it is listed as Med Star Nursing. Try those! I don't know if you are as frustrated as me but, this has really set my confidence back. Let me know what you think.
