Hi, I am applying for UT health science center and was wondering what people have scored on their Hesi A2 exam..?, so I can see what the approximate average score is....
Mine was
1) Reading Comprehension: 86.96
2) Meaning-Word Use: 100
3) Conclusions: 100
4) Implications: 91.67
5) Understanding: 75
6) Grammar: 94
7) Vocabulary & General Knowledge: 90
English Language composite Score: 90.32
8) Biology: 84
9) Chemistry: 100
10) Anatomy & Physiology: 96
Science Composite Score: 93.33
11) Math: 100
Cumulative Score: 92.99
Critical Thinking Score: 820

How did you do on the test?
Also, for those of you who have taken it, do we get an email with our scores?
I got the score report from the testing center, but I was hoping maybe we'll get more information.

I didn't pass the A & P section and the vocab section. I have not taken A & P II yet.But I gave the test a shot with out the info and got 73% in the section. I need at least 75% in each section to be considered for the program I am applying for.
We didn't cover the circulatory system at all in my ap 1 class and there were a bunch of questions on it on the test. The vocab section was on medical vocab and I went in there thinking it was basic vocab. Boy was I wrong!! I have since purchased the Evolve study guide. It has a list of about 100 of the medical vocab words. I just wrote them out on note cards and got them down in a few days. I have also covered the circ. system.
The rest of the test was really easy for me. Basic High School math and reading.
I take the test again on FRIDAY!! Wish me luck! I feel 100 times more prepared, I hope it pays off. When do you take the test?
Oh yeah, and yes you will see if your score on each section as you go through it.

I took the test this past Monday - done!
A word of advice to you and everyone else as far as vocabulary: I find it helps a lot if I learn the root words of the word, it helps a lot when trying to remember definitions.
Ex. Endogenous - endo means "within" - so if you come across that word, they will probably have answer choices that will say "inside" and "outside", you will be able to tell which one is right!

Dont worry you will do much better the next time... What kind of question do they ask on the a and p section.... were there alot of question based on a and p 2 and also were there alot of question on the heart.

I am assuming you sent the email to [email protected] with all the required info. They will send you an email with the rest of the instructions to sign up for an exam. It took 1 day to get my email response then you can register online for the exam immediately.
Really??? I sent my request on July 14 and still haven'e heard anything :0(
The lady from Elsevier finally called me back today. She said she could open my window again for a couple of days but suggested I have it opened July 1st because the new dates will be available then and I will only have 2 days to register. So I decided to stick with this Tuesday. Sorry for the confusion, I wish everyone at Elsevier were on the same info.

Congrats on passing your hesi.... Yeah....
I didnt do well on mines and I am alittle disappointed... but life goes on.... Congrats to everyone that passed and Good Luck to those who still need to take it......
