She's home now, tucked into her recliner with the heating pad and SIL looking after her (since she is living there for a while, but that's another whole can of beans). The gallbladder surgery went well and she will see a nephrologist in the next couple of weeks because they found hydronephrosis along with the gallbladder that was about to burst.
I'm so very thankful that she made it in time. Thankful that she is doing well and will be better in the coming days.

So, I got a bit more done last night and went to bed early.
My phone went off at 0440. It was my sister in law telling me that she had taken my mom to the hospital. One visitor rule so I can't be there with her. But SIL is keeping me updated about everything. Looking like that gallbladder is coming out today. I'll get there with her eventually.
It's also what would have been my dad's 75th birthday. Lost him seven years ago and still miss him so much. Hope that wherever his spirit is, that he is celebrating and knows how much he is still so loved.
The yard guy finally got here this morning. Thank goodness! It was starting to look like a jungle out there.
Bear is not a happy camper today. I cleaned and organized his room. I suppose at 12 years old he is entitled to be a little finicky.
Time now to get back to household chores. Have a great day everyone ?
