:welcome: :uhoh3: I am going nutts! Waiting for my results. It's been 3 wks does anyone know if that is good or bad? I took the exam the first time and had 205. I failed and the letter did not have a specific area outlined ..so i hit the books really hard. I read kaplan and took exams off of saunders every day for 3 months. ON MARCH 19TH, I took the exam a second time the exam cut off at 150????

I called five times and they all told me the exact same thing.. Keep me in your prayers.. I will continue to pray for u all.
i guess i have 2 more weeks to wait
happy45...I will pray for you!! The waiting is torture! But hopefully in the end it will be worth it!

This should have been a well known fact to you by your school before you even sat for the exam. Average wait time is three weeks for the letter to arrive. After passing, you still need to pay for the license before you will see your name on their website.

Did you know you could check online for your name? If you passed, your name will often appear here first before you receive a notice in the mail.

Good luck.

Sorry, but there are different rules entirely for the LVN, they are not under the BRN. They receive a letter in the mail that they have passed the exam, or not. If they have passed, included is a bill for $100 that needs to be paid before a license is issued to them. So they always must wait for a letter to be received. And average wait for it is three weeks.
RN and LVN licensing are handled by two very different agencies. One is not involved with the other.

Please go to the International Forum and read the threads there at the top of that page. This thread is about Practical Nurses and you cannot work in the US with that license, as it will not give you a visa to do so.
We have an International Forum, as well as a sub-forum for PI and it will give you all of the information that you need to know to work in the US.
