What is the aged care access initiative? Is this something unique to Australia? In the US we don't generally refer to geriatrics as aged care.

What is the Aged Care Access Initiative? What does it legislate, mandate or provide? What were people's options before this initiative, and how has it changed after it was enacted?

ETA: Have you tried googling? Do you understand what "range of services" means? Do you know what "aged" means? Did you try looking up what that initiative is about and reading about it? Do you have a high school diploma? Just trying to understand where the disconnect is.
