Hi Didith,

I am also an international nurse, I did online kaplan NCLEX-RN preparation course (esp for foreign nurses). I took the exam after two months and I passed it. I believe you will find it helpful too. Good luck.

I need help regarding Review Centers for International BSN. I graduated from Philippines (newly grad March 2010) and I need suggestions on what best review center can help me refresh my course and pass the exam. I live around San Fernando Valley/ Los Angeles and I am looking for a near and convenient NCLEX Review Center for International Nurses. Thanks a lot Nurses!

Hi Mercedidith! I'm also a 2010 grad from the Philippines. I registered at Excell Review center for Nov 8th-Nov 17th (Sunnyvale, CA). A lot of my friends who already took the Nclex, and passed, recommended this review center. The one in burbank is not until the end of January though but if you're interested, like me, I would go wherever they are because they usually have it in diff cities (San Francisco, Sunnyvale, San Diego, Claremont and Burbank.) There are specific dates though.

hi lala :) glad to have pinays here hehe. how was your review? i didn't take any review center. i was about to enrol to kaplan before but changed my mind. i have their rn course book, strategy and qtrainer though. i scheduled my exam on the 8th! yay good luck to us!!!

The review actually starts on the day you take the nclex. :) I have been reading saunder's 4th edition and have been answering questions from the cd that came with it as well as NCLEX-RN 3500. I also have the linda lacharity Prioritization book but haven't started on that. Oh my...hope to hear great news after your exam!

i read that saunders too and yesterday i got lacharity im starting to answer questions from it. really review starts on nov 8? what topics are they discussing? thanks im hoping and praying too :heartbeat

Thanks for all your replies =) I scheduled my exam next year so that I will have enough time to review. Now Im starting to read my Kaplan RN course book, self review.

Hi PinayLaLa21 =) Im trying to reply on your private message but I cant go through, Anyways, is Excell worth it? Its like 500 bucks for 7 days right? Yeah, Kaplan will teach you strategies but I think thats not enough for us because we need more and more help on nursing content. I live here in Encino. Where you at? When are you taking yours?
