Hey everyone -
I've looked over several lists, talked to fellow classmates, and went to the bookstore today to look through the books myself. I have a list of NCLEX review books & I can't pick which ones to get! I would just get them all haha, but it would cost me over $200! Ahh! Plus, I'm sure it would confuse me more than help me, so I thought I'd ask for you're opinion. I'm thinking to get 2, maybe three depending on the prices. If you can, tell me which 2 you would pick together and why. :) THANK YOU so much for the help!! :)
My list:
1. Prentice Hall's Reviews & Rationales: Comprehensive NCLEX-RN Review - $40
2. Saunders Q & A Review for the NCLEX-RN Examination - $38
3. Saunders Comprehensive for the NCLEX-RN Examination - $59
4. Mosby's Comprehensive Review of Nursing for the NCLEX-RN - $31
5. Lippincott's Content Review for NCLEX-RN - $19
6. Kaplan NCLEX-RN Review 2010-11 Edition: Strategies, Practice, and Review - $23
Also I was curious if anyone has used:
1. Fundamentals Success: A Course Review Applying Critical Thinking to Test Taking 2nd Edition - $22
2. Medical-Surgical Nursing Demystified - $17

There are many threads discussing what worked for whom. Me personally was Saunders and NCSBN website but a lot will depend on your study style. I do agree however not to get too many resources as it will get too confusing

Saunders Comprehensive Review, the Linda LaCharity book on prioritization, and the Kaplan review book for test strategies.
Okay, now my question is should I get the Saunders Comprehensive and the Q&A or should I get the Comprehensive by another author and get the Q&A by Saunders??
Thanks :)
