Help! Pearsonvue Pop Up Says Test on HOLD!!

You have to wait for few more hours or days. I got the same message before but it turned out ok after a few days. At the beginning I am so worried until the message change and gave me the infamous pop-up. And also since Pearson was on maintenance since Saturday and early this morning maybe that is one of the reason. I hope it help. :cool: :). I understand how you feel because I'm on the same situation as yours before.

Am not so sure,but It might be 2 things. Firstly, background clearance or hold for review. Relax and calm your nerves! That prove to me you pass! Congratulation in advance.

Well here I am almost 72 hrs post test and still recieving the smae hold message. I can not believe this is happening. The most important test of my life and they put me on hold!!! I am not a criminal and have never been arrested in my life so it is not my background. I guess I am one of the random lucky ones.

Well I finaly contacted Pearson and basically got the run around. They told me I had to wait 48 business hours before my results were available. I took the test on the 11th so I guess I only have one more day. I am still searching for other people that have information about what is going on. The way my luck has gone ever since I set foot into Pearson I am pretty much numb to everything right now. I just want to be able to sleep and eat!!! Thanks so much for the feed back it gives me hope!

Here I am 4 days post test and I have nothing, I am still trying the pearson trick and recieving the hold message. I can not believe this is happening to me!!! Has this ever happened to anyone??

How about contacting Pearson Vue, afterall it has been 48hrs now or maybe check your Board of Nursing Website to see whether you have been issued a License - I know it must be hard for you, but the truth is, its all out of your hands just now, not much can be changed - it's difficult but do try to relax. Just my thoughts. I pray it all goes well for you. :up:

There are 2 reason why people got Hold message,

First reason is When u were takin exam and their system having problem that day. So they wanna check ur result manually thats y u r getting hold messege.

Another reason is those students who finish their test very fast also sometime gets hold message and board will check their exam manually.

One of my friend ,just 3 days ago took her test and while they were taking exam, Every body needs to leave room for a while because they were having problem with computer system, when my friend came hold she got hold message and now she is able to go to CC screen,

So lot of students got hold message some of them pass and some of them able to go cc page and they failed.

In ur casr cant say anything but i will pray for u best of luck.

I am now 5 days post test and I still haven't gotten any word. I called Pearson and they told me that my results are under review which is why I have nothing!!! Thank for all the posts, I will say that no problems occured with the computer that I know of. I just want my results this is rediculus!! Once again thanks for all the support I need all the help I can get!!

Just to let everyone know I finally recieved my results an hour ago and after 5 of the wort days of my life I PASSED!!! I did the pearson vue trick and yes it worked. I then payed for the quick results and it also said that I passed. Thanks for all the words of encouragment, and support through this trying time.:yeah::smiley_aa:clpty:
