Help Me with my Sweaty Face PLEASE!

Recently switched from a LTC to home care for clients with various forms of paraplegia. With their inability to regulate body temps, the houses are unbearable. My face gets so sweaty (well, all of me but issue is face!) that I am literally dripping sweat onto them. Talk about mortification! I feel so disgusting and find that it distracts me ("oh no.. going to sweat on her.. oh no.. there's a drop.. oh no") when providing care. Please, please help!

Maybe you can apply antiperspirant to your face?

Maybe use powder on your face and really I dont think it is a bad idea to keep a small towel or wash cloth around your shoulder so you can wipe your face if necessary. I believe your client will understand the reason for it and you can't help it, its just what your body does and there is no way really to stop it from happening

Maybe a sweatband.I know it may look a little silly since your not a athlete but hey as long as sweat isn't dripping all over the place I would consider it a win.

I kid you not, but Monistat makes an anti chafing gel that can double as a makeup prep and can cut some sweat.
