Help! LVN License Renewal in California

My license just expired in California. Getting the original endorsement from Arizona to Cali almost took an entire year. My question for you all, have any of you recently renewed a license and how long exactly did it take? They seem to be delayed and I stupidly was not on top of things as quickly as I should have been.

When you say it "just" expired how long ago did it expire? I would contact the BON ASAP about renewing your license. You can get in trouble for working as a nurse when your license is expired.

If you go to the office in person, your embossed receipt acts as your updated license until you get the regular one in the mail. That is how I did it one time and what they told me about my receipt.
